I was wondering how the bicep challenge has been going since you started site injecting to stretch fascia. Mine are def my weakest point and if you offer your advices on this I would be ever grateful.

lol he'd have lost if I measured mine today.. :)

I tried a new spot on them and they've swolen up like mad.. damn sore can't really straighten my arms out. lol

This was my first proper meal in 3 days lol

Haven't weighed myself after my escapades on friday night but took a few measurements and def down, i also look fucking tiny and fat :shock: def not something u want to do often, cant understand how all those aussie phaggots drop all the time and make gains.

Have since smashed a big bbq feed of 300grams cajun chicken steaks, 200 grams teryaki steak, 8 garlic butter rolls, salad, 1 litre of fanta and a whole choc pudding.

Back training tomorrow hoping that glycogen has recovered, hitting back with TLAF.

Pre workout nutrition:

3 pies and a powerade, IIFYM u mad?

Trained back

Chins x 4

Close grip pull down

5 x 10

Barbell rows

4 sets 10-12 reps

Seated wide grip row

5 sets x 10

Hammer strength pullover

2 x 12

Straight bar pull down

5 sets + dropset x 12 reps.

I have started to get a bit slack and weight is slowly but surely dropping off so i have to remind myself to get back on track! :evil:
