just the usual suspects so nothing much to report

Had a fucking huge weekend lol was kinda unplanned but i ended up getting completely munted on saturday/night drank endless amounts of redbull vods and other cocktails and about 3-4 grams of DMAA which fucked me over big time.

Trained chest tonight with heaaaaps of intensity to get the drugs out of my system and sweated my fucking ass off!

Hammer strength Pull overs (fuark these are mean! can get the a huge contraction in the lats)

Am experimenting by upping the reps on some of the exercises on my back day after taking the lead from SG's journal.

FUARK i get pins and needles in my calfs when they are really pumped, is that bad? was thinking maybe compartment syndrome? not that they are big or anything lol.

Work outs have been awesome lately ive really dropped my weight back on everything and am focusing on mind muscle connection and it feels good man. have switched to prop so think i may have dropped a bit of water as i was 99 tonight, either that or im not eating enough (this is always true anyway) bulking for life <3
