It's a workout journal, brah. If I wanted to see a f*ck load of food, I'd watch Nigela's hot ass.

(but srsly, post up some workouts).

I do Brah, but food is far more important to keep track of then how many curls I do in the squat rack lol

I also write down what I'm about to eat not what I've eaten, so it makes me eat every last morsel other wise I'm a frauding phaggot!

TLAF you would not have been jelly at how I felt going to bed with all of that in my stomach :shock: :puke:

Nah, your meals look mean. I'd just love to see what you've actually been up to in the gym. It'd be better for us to tell what's happening with your dilemmas (mainly arms). if you get what I mean. Solid chomps bro.

Been flat out all day so only had one meal b4 training

Zinger tower burger combo with twister + 500ml V

Quick delt train

Standing Lateral raise

6 x 15

12 x 12

12 x 12

14 x 10

16 x 10

12 x 6

Front raise dumbell

22 x 10

22 x 8

16 x 20

16 x 15

16 x 10

Rear delt fly machine

6 sets to shaking failure

Shugs x 4 sets

had to gap it early, workout takes ages as the pump in my delts is fucking UNBEARABLE.

FINALLY got my inzer order over a month later but i'm stoked with my forever lever belt, was a bit confused as to how to put the thing together at first but figured it out eventually lol, id highly recommend them to all the bodybuilders as there is no fucking round with buckles, you just push the lever across and it locks into place and can be adjusted by moving a plate up and down the belt with screws.

Also if your going to by wrist wraps imo make sure you get medium size as the small ones just seem to cut the circulation off and don't actually provide much support. got some fresh medium ones and they are fantastic! 8)

Have been slack today so will eat 700 grams diced breast for dinner and eat the rest of my carbs and prot later on.

no pressing for shoulders?!?!?

triceps were fried from yesterday so left them out, pressing 3 times a week just isn't an option for my joints ect and delts are well developed and are already slightly over powering the rest of me so just maintenance really.

all good then, i was gonna say u better htfu and do some pressing but in that case it's all good. :)

Just being a smart arse bro, you do have large delts, I laid off training mine for a while to catch my arms up. That was pretty early on in my training, now I just try to catch everything up.

I fucking love the look of over powering delts but i hate my arms so much that i want to do everything i can to make them appear a bit bigger
