Seriously lads I don't have much of a sweet tooth but when I tried a raspberry jam donut with fosted icing my brain imploded. These are a must try! I was 101 today so also scientific proof they are highly anabolic LOL

Woke up soaking wet and freezing this morning so sleep was rough, just trained back but was fucked 4 exercises in. Refeed time lol

leg press calf raise 4 sets

Standing smith raise 6 sets

Close grip bench 4 sets

rope pulls 7 sets

reverse bar pressdown 6 sets

cambered bar cable press 5 sets

bb curls 4 sets

machine Preacher curls 5 sets

Cable one arm tricep extn superset with hammer curls 3 sets

500grams gurnard
