Lol trained the twigs in the arvo so didn't want to over do it, even the oats 3 hours later were coming back up lol.

Hack squats (fucking love these for me personally there is no better exercise for quads)

8 sets 5 increasing in weight 3 down

Leg press

5 sets, 3 up 2 down

Leg extn

5 sets all increasing, tried to drop set but I couldn't even get 1/4 of the stack up.

Attempted to do front squats but couldn't even bend down with the bar.

The pump so bad it felt like the muscle was separating from the bone.

It's bugger all volume right? But literally by the end even walking is hard. I seem to burn out very quickly on everything what does this mean? Am I just a phaggot?

Maybe u need a break from the tren brah, u ran Deca previous cycle aye? When I do 19-Nor's for too long I get some wacky side effects like what ur describing also. Last year I ran them for about 6 months back to back... and I was feeling like that.

It takes me fucking ages to eat bro, I felt disappointed in myself be cause I didn't quite finish all the rice lol and I sat there picking at for ages!

After what you said about carbs having more of an effect on your weight I've made getting my carbs in no1 priority and it's working!

haha that's how I felt with my KFC lunch yesterday... man I was dissapointed with myself for not being able to get the mashed potatoes down.

Trained chest with trainlikeafreak tonight, I was my usual old man achey self plus i have the flu atm so nothing too intense.

Bb bench 6 sets

Fb incline 3 sets

Cable cross overs 3 sets

Floor press 4 sets

Tricep push downs 4 sets

Rope pulls 3 sets

Good to meet tlaf dude will go a long way! After that we went to nandos where I had large bowl of spicy rice, half a chicken and a blue powerade started to hit the wall a bit by the last few peices of chicken and ended up loosing some in the car park LOL.

Last meal will be donuts and a mass shake with milk, weight 100.5
