What height you pulling racks from..below knee?

Im guessing major body part 1st would be the caper? twice a day for how many days a week bro?

just below knee or at knee height bro depends on what rack im in. and yeah bro big groups first just going to trail it maybe 3 double days and 2 single, will just have a play around and see how i recover

DONE. weight slowly creeping up just fucking stubborn i'm eating until physical exhaustion and gagging set in lol. am eating roughly 3 whole meals a day with shakes filled in between staple is 500grams breast 4cups of rice twice a day and a take away meal in between.

plan is bulk till 105-110 at 15-16% then my first ever cut to around 10% come november to finally see whats underneath my 5 years of hardwork. (inb4 summer cut, why do you want to get lean, fat is strong ect LOL jokes)

been on the piss way too hard for the last couple of weekends and tonights workout is the start of some clean weekends and more food.

Did some incline bb but the setup was fucked more shoulder press than anything else so only did 3 sets at 80kg

ok going to mainly log food intake here as im getting fucking frustrated with my weight.

currently 98-99kg

f*ck cutting i just want to see my weight go up!!!!!!

For protein each day i'm eating 1kg of rump steak or chicken breasts, 2 shakes and normally a fast food meal that is either 2 McChickens + seared chicken burger fries drink ect or double chicken burrito from mexicali, or huge feed from kfc.

Carbs are mainly orange kumara 4 medium sized a day oven roasted, with 50 grams of oats.

To me that seems like alot of food but my weight just isnt moving f*ck

you seem to be eating like a horse bro and not gaining weight?

i got a few out there ideas but maybe your body is not absorbing the food properly maybe try have a few digestive enzymes with your meals and or b vitamins they meant to help utilize the food you eat better

also sometimes the body has trouble digesting and utilizing refined processed foods which you have a lot of in your diet as hard as it is try consume as many high calorie unprocessed foods as you can as the body can cope with these better

TREN a great drug but maybe it is just switching your allready fast metabolism into overdrive making it harder for you to gain weight?

getting pissed on the weekends this can set you back half a week and make it hard to gain weight when i used to drink regularly i always found it hard to gain weight

what i just wrote could be completely irrelevant but just a few thoughts or something to think about

you just need to eat more. and ditch the fucken takeaways .

1kg chicken + 500g dry weight white rice + 1kg youghurt + large serve of oats and full milk in morning + 200g seeds spread throughout day + large tin of tuna + 2L choc milk + 500g green vege.

if you cant hit 100 by eating that for a week (and not hitting the piss or eckies in the weekend) then i take back what i said.

sometimes id eat that or even drop one or two meals out and still gain weight.

it wasnt muscle i tell you that.... but weights weight

350 grams marinated chicken breast

10 grams BCAA

next meal is 350 grams marinated chicken breast + noodles

I like your commitment ton fast foods mate :-) with an no glycogen in the liver prolly nothing wrong with loading it up with anything first thing in the morning.

I do remember eating 1kg rump or topside steak a day when I was trying to get from 85kg to 90kg. These days I use more carbs rather than more meat so 1kg meat plus shakes shud b enough to grow.

But u break #1 rule of gains by doing cardio. You're burning around 800 calories so either eat an extra 800 cals or lose the cardio....if u aren't also trying to stay lean for summer of course.

I'm trying an average dose of 50mcg T3 for bulking in a month or so there's a few people I know use it for lean gains might wanna try?

And...for bulking I'd say too many exercises in 1 workout looks like you try and cover all in one session but doesn't hurt to alternate things u didn't do this week, next week.

Just my opinion, keep at it the 100 is a huge milestone 8)
