Looking jacked bro

on your arms maybe try not training them directly for a month or 2 because your slamming them so much they may be over trained and thats why their not growing like you want them to

yeah have heard that from a few sources bro, just hard because mentally if i don't train i always feel weaker and i'm the kind of guy who if i stop training for a few weeks a loose ALOT. im only just recovered from being ill and lost alot of size off my arms so i guess they have had a break and now just need hammering

How you know they got smaller? And if they were itd be because you be flat from no food. Be back to norm by end of the week. No muscle lost.

No training tonight as i try to have a day off after leg days. thoughts on this?

when i squat/ leg press deep i always seem to get a niggle in my groin, is this not warming up to much going to deep?

Other updates: arms back to 17.5 inches

shoulders up from 53 to 54.5 inches

legs up to 25 inches from nothing lol

4 peices of crumbed tarakihi, half scoop chips, meat pattie, spring roll + cranberry juice

Supposed to do back tonight but i felt flat as f*ck and shaky so back would have been dumb.

130 x 6 + 2 + 1 forced negative, dropset 100 x 6, 80 x 6, 60 x 8

that's the highlight really i felt weak as f*ck and after this went to do flys and it felt like i had torn my chest so left them out. tried to do a few other bits and pieces but i was totally fucked with no energy so flagged it. fml

going to carb up big time tomorrow and try and pb on racks.
