Cheers fellas, very close to passing out on top set. Hoping for 8 wheels a side in 3 months time.

First time doing racks in 5-6 months so i'm happy strength is still there, going to do these for the next three months then switch back to floor deads (ego check lol)

Nice Rack Pulls bro! You'll be feeling that tomorrow for sure!

Out of interest what are you pulling from the floor and how much of an improvement has adding rack pulls added to standard deads since you've added them in?

Cheers brah, tbh bro i don't know as its been a while since i last did them :shifty: but it wouldn't be much over 240 i would have thought

Last time i was rotating both i was making improvements on floor deads on max effort lifts for a good few months until my floor dead stalled.

Don't think they have a huge amount of carryover but i'm primarily doing them as a mass builder and if they help my deads thats a fringe benefit.

And what part of this post is constructive feedback ????

I think they do have a good carry over bro for me its all about feeling that extra weight whether it be bench or squat but deads you cant just pick it up and feel it so I like the rack pulls for getting the body used to lifting the excessive weight and secondly use them from a high box for a trap exersize as you are feeling now yeeyaa!

A little over 240kg dead from floor you say bro mean bring on the 260-280 \:D/

Nice work dude. Especially that floor press. Try not to hurry the weight along; as much as it's okay to put fat on, it's not muscle, and hitting that milestone wouldn't be as great an achievement as it should. I'm not saying that it would be fat or that you have a high fat intake (despite those meals the other day!), but patience is key, even though you'd already know that. I guess I'm just trying to say is, don't stress about it to much, and be happy with the gains that come.

I haven't been over 16% my whole training life so bf has never been an issue, no matter what I do I won't wake up fat. I eat bk kfc pizza ect 4-5 sometimes 10 times a week lol. I have lost muscle recently not fat so that's what I'm trying to get back. I will get lean when there's enough muscle to show off.

More gear = More weight! Real talk :pfft:

I'm no doctor and not sure how it could relate to weight gain but is it possible that you have a hyperactive thyroid? I know how a hypoactive one could affect it but not sure if the opposite could affect it too
