:pfft: :pfft: yeah I went though some old notes what I used to do when I first started and some where along the way I went way off track :roll: , so back to my old ways where i got fast results, no belt no wraps and don't give a shit about whats on the bar and just aim to smash Pb's..... i lost sight off those things and worried about form other people training results bla bla and other little things which don't really mean jack shit, I want the bar bending from now on.... I would rather have the bar bending than picture prefect form with 100kg on it because if I got to that case where the bar is bending form can't be to bad anyway :wink: just my thoughts and what makes me tick 8).

I was telling RM today i might have stuff up but no I didn't I thought I read wrong day for Monday but no i must not have changed in on the computer cause book reads different its reads heavier :roll: oh well abit tight in the core and though the lower back but we made it

Squats

Warm up

1 x 10 @ 60kg

1 x 5 @ 80kg

1 x 5 @ 100kg

1 x 3 @ 120kg

1 x 3 @ 140kg

1 x 1 @ 150kg

5 x 7 @ 165kg harder than should off being oh well get recovery under way

Cheers guys hamstrings fairly tight today shit got 10 x 3 @ 180 today will need a good stretch today / warm up today

@ Damo yeah mate things are going along pretty well mate I got a super Kat of Tonka yesterday so after this cycle I'll be doing 5/3/1 to bbro as I want to do some tricep / shoulder and back work so looking forward to that too.

(not quite to plan today but gave a 110% that's ok :) I know i would off had these if i used my belt and wraps just not as strong as I want to be at this point but on a positive note technique was solid)

(Bar is traveling in a straight line which had been some concern in the past so all good we will still truck on with the three No's and see where we lend up next week, but instead off doing week 4 which is heavier again I will repeat this week which was hard and then I will go for new PB raw the following week 8)

its better weight going on this time still plenty off time to make 105kg 8)

good workload and awesome weight shifted! Nice to get a lot of raw lifting done, imagine how much more power the wraps will give you wen you need them to!! Props!

Cheers H yeah my plan was to try and bring my squat strength back to where i was end off last year and PB raw off this cycle as its my weakest lift :twisted:really want to work on it after Bbro.

When I add the gear into it should give me 30 - 40kg extra going off last year effort but i'll be busting a nut to get it, as it wasn't easy last time getting that much,so in all strength is coming back pretty fast and bodyweight 12kg lighter so pretty pleased atm.

On the flip side I will need to be 105kg going into bbro otherwise bench shirt and deadlift suit will mean jack shit as they will be to big to get any real gains out off 8)

Cheers BB yeah my effort was solid but I was more than happy with my form to date the weight felt light just not enough power which sounds funny but usually when you don't make reps the weight feels heavy so I now know where the bar line needs to be traveling for me if that makes sense 8)

hahaha MT cheers bro if it was easy mate i would off gone 10 x 3 @ 180 but it is a hard program I am sure as hell gonna PB in this program I know that which is a good feeling not as much as you two machines but enough to put me on track for another solid 3 months off 5/3/1 before Bbro and hopefully take out stage 1 out off mind and RM's bet which was a 720kg total :roll: 8)
