Smolov Week 3

Squats

warm ups

1 x 10 @ 60

1 x 5 @ 80

1 x 5 @ 100

1 x 3 @ 120

1 x 1 @ 130

1 x 1 @ 140

Working sets

10 x 3 @ 165

just squats today not too bad core is feeling it a little bit tight but enjoying my old ways no belt no wraps and just use brute force ( speed is key)

:pfft: :pfft: yeah I went though some old notes what I used to do when I first started and some where along the way I went way off track :roll: , so back to my old ways where i got fast results, no belt no wraps and don't give a shit about whats on the bar and just aim to smash Pb's..... i lost sight off those things and worried about form other people training results bla bla and other little things which don't really mean jack shit, I want the bar bending from now on.... I would rather have the bar bending than picture prefect form with 100kg on it because if I got to that case where the bar is bending form can't be to bad anyway :wink: just my thoughts and what makes me tick 8).

Good result from your bench comp too well done Rach :clap: I read a comment about getting a tighter shirt don't be like a guy I know where the gear becomes stronger than him and they could'nt use the shirt try doing some over load work with ya coach on upper back and tricep work just my thoughts I'm sure you guys have a good plan bring on PB's :)

I like this! It's good to look back over old notes and see where you have been and what mind-frame you were in and if it worked or not and move forward with more knowledge! Good on you VP :clap:

Training today high intensely recovery work just smashing tin (shrugs with calf raises :pfft: , bent over rows, dips, GM's and hammer curls with huge body swing yeah buddy) and very light cardio next to none to be fair (5min rowing machine very slow) oh well it was the thought that counted :pfft: :pfft: bring on the mass

Thanks VP and don't worry VP coach Steak won't let that happen. The only reason I thought about another shirt was that my shirt/squat suit was for a 60kg lifter and now I weigh around 55kg and they are both a little loose :shock: . Planning to do some raw work after nats anyways :grin:
