Cheers bro, but not much choice mate just got back yourself or get pinned some what :pfft: I still need a couple more sessions in it just to get it to a T the rest is ok just go to my openers this week and put the shit away till comp.

Well will stop logging training until comp is done and dusted now, I am just starting to deload and tidy up on tech side with one of the lifts abit early than I would of liked but body is sore and needs a rest to come in fresh, see you all just over two weeks 8) .
