Cheers Damo & Drizzt,

Thanks guys, My last squat at Bbro was 245kg so doing 240kg last weekend was a good sign that I'll should be good to go come 3rd Dec and hit my goals, I guess a highlight for me about last weekend my bodyweight was 96 - 97 so around 5kg lighter and still hitting around the same numbers so I'm pleased considering how I've play this year, so as Damo says eat a little more and Boyaaa....

But I don't want to be a mass monster but in saying that there is room to move as close to 105kg as I can in good nick, not bodybuilding looking but not fat either just tight, I'll work on this there was a rush to put on bodyweight but now after last weekend there's no pressure I am happy enough where I am to reach the goals I set out touch wood..... Train hard guys.

that will work out well bro...still leaves the whole month after to tune anything that needs it although by then i reckon you'll be charging!

Yeah I thought finally Red had a good idea :pfft: :pfft: we are both going to give it a little test run before Norths, but you'll right gives four weeks to tune things if not right or smash the training a little more harder leading up its a win win... cheers bro

1 x 1 @ 190 came though ok but benching lines not quite right just a rookie bar travelling forward may give it another wack saturday.

1 board

1 x 0 @ 200 came off board but not enough power yet, need to do more dip, dips, dips, that will sort it still have faith for an attempt at North Islands. ( so will put 200 on hold for now and work around 180 - 190 region for next four weeks)

1 board

1 x 1 @ 180 ok but still not right

1 x 0 @ 180 came though again ok, got to lock out stayed for about 1 second then started to come back down hahaha oh f*ck just tried now.... so no lift really. The power will come though just needs a bit more pushing to get the numbers I want.
