:lol::lol: going to be kitted up mate seem I've being all over the place mate, you are shitting all over me in the squat and good hard training shows this :clap: , I will put in some extra yards after Norths with the squat and see how we pan out for Aucklands Champs, my targets aren't too big really will be trying to go nine from nine, last year at Bbro squat 242.5kg bench 172.5kg / with an error :pfft: maybe had 177.5 - 180kg on third attempt if I didn't stuff up opener and dead was a hard 260 raw to lockout with three reds / didn't ask why it didn't matter to be fair just wasn't a clean lift.... so I have squat suit, bench shirt and deadlift suit and will see what happens....
