Stink to hear bro, raw is where it's at anyways

its just a hassle free way off lifting all groves are natural and I don't want to get injured for a 20 - 30kg carry over.

So true bro, I get sick of wrapping, can't imagine throwing a suit in there too :pfft:

My forearms hate it most of all, need one of those wrap roller things

Hey VP long time.

What are your goals and target BW?

Hey Big Guy

Bodyweight is sitting around 91 -92.8kg and holding just trying to loose some more fat and replace with muscle over next 20 months is my bodyweight goal so I will be staying in the pencil neck class of 93kg its good for my health and I don't have to eat all day to maintain a heavier bodyweight and getting stronger is my powerlifting goal cause i want to break records in competition and look like a fuckin animal come 2013 :discussion: .

Take care stay strong

VP

Training

Bodyweight 92.4kg

Squats

Warm ups

60 x 5 x 2, 100 x 5, 140 x 3, 160 x 2, 180 x 1

Suit straps down, knee wraps, belt

200 x 4 x 6

Wrist Crunches (second lot in off wall)

3 x 15

Leg curl

54 x 10 x 3

Flyes supersetted with Abs

20 x 8 x 3 30 x 3

Notes;

Squats

My walk outs are not flash at the moment taking 4 steps due to change of stance and feet position which is fucking me off, but once I am set its pretty good just need to tidy the start up.

The last two sets seem to be the hardest for me, today I put on RM's old Thps and shit they suit me well made light work off last set but they do tend to dig in at the old skin but I will only use them on last sets to get use to them as they are comp wraps.

so far so good!

Wrist Crunches (second lot in off wall)

what is this? trying to grow ab's in ur wrists

 nah mate don't know correct name for them but they are in different spring sizes skinny to thick to help build grip and forearm strength I sit around the middle of the rack will work my way to the big boys as time goes on. My wrists have taken a bit of a hammering though so much squats as the bar sits quite low on my back now so before it comes a weak point I shall fix it  not abs brother.
