Damo meeting at CBC headquarters 12.45pm - I heard a rumor that one member in Team madness is crying out for handicaps due to Team Jacks hard training..... I think and will discuss with you that there shall be NO handicaps given out as we will be watching two on the day in Team madness and thats enough handicaps for anyone to witness... :pfft: :pfft: :pfft: :P

Thank you OB1 yeah I give it arse holes mate, its quite hard mid range and a dead pause gets the triceps working hard but just not there yet, so will bust my nuts off on 140's till I hit 5 reps then slap it up again. Triceps still sore today :roll:
