today was...

scambled eggs for breakfast

for smoko and lunch and afternoon tea was 1 loaf of bread turn into sandwichs with luncheon and cheese melted in mircowave yum yum

half a dozen coffees

dinner

half of loaf made into bread and butter pudding and a pizza and three Haagens

Working sets

5 x 7 @ 145

(very fast and some off the best squatting technique and explosive wise I have done)

Bench (Speed day)

warm ups

1 x 10 @ 60

1 x 3 @ 80

Working sets

8 x 3 @ 90

(maybe to light was coming off the bench with every rep so had to slow down towards the top off the lift, but will just follow program)

Overall pleasing day in the office.

Sadly Vee....you are prolly right about the sorbet.

What VP is referring too is his fast carbs for the day - beer...and I use the term, beer loosely as i wouldnt wash my jandals in this shit

8 x 3 @ 100 put up the weight for speed benching as 90 is to light 100 is ok for working on explosive speed at present
