I wondered what the hell happened to you. I kind if figured you must have struggled with the diet and decided to reassess your goals :pfft:

Oh well there goes my idea that I could potentially have another champion bodybuilder in my stable. Never mind, its good to see you are still training hard though . Dont feel to bad mate ,I get at least one wannabee bodybuilder come to see me every month and only around 10% of them can handle the nutrition side of it all. People just dont realize how hard it is untill they have to do it themselves. As I say to my other clients "If becoming big and ripped was easy, everyone would be big and ripped".

Sunday VP takes on Sergey Smolov the Russian for 13 weeks and The Amercian Brad Gillingham for 12 weeks

Nice! Welcome to my world of pain!

M.T and I are beginning the Intense cycle on Tuesday, and need to hit our max bench for Gillingham on the same day

My advice for the first half of the cycle - don't think about the weights, just do them  I stressed over quite a few sessions, only to discover the weight wasn't nearly as bad as I thought.

Good luck bro look forward to seeing how you go :)

Hey brother, I got the idea off you to be fair after reading your training I am not worry about the weights as I set the 1 rm at a level where it will bring me back upto my old PB when I was in full training at the end off last year so week 13 should put me back on track and I might try and add to it, then get some gains off a nine week peaking cycle going into bbro I won't get 800 total this round but it will be better than last years Bbro total and thats my fault for mucking around this half off year
