Once VP has a top knot i hear hes making a come back to the stage and tan

Hahaha comon bro! i cant grow hair to save myself let alone a Kai knot! :pfft:. I keep going back to my west auckland ways..short cut with lines 8)

Viking Power please start logging your training again I just read and watch your Vid you are the man..... I can't beleive it but you and red machine are very strong for the size off ya's.... 8)

I hope this training log gets started again :pray:

I am no where near you two guys in strength but one day it'll come....

The Russian for Squats and The Amercian for bench bring the pain lads, I've got to make up some serious ground work.

22 weeks and counting down Wellington :shock:

Oh well and so it begins, morning training sessions this round expect for week 12 & 13 trying a new method that a few PH members do plus it frees up afternoons so I can walk my poor dog.....

This cycle will run over the seven days of the week so I can fit both programs in, so no deadlifts for 13 weeks by best raw was 250kg so i will test this theory if squatting for 13 weeks will help your deadlift?

Smolov / Gillingham

Week 1

Sunday

Squats

warm ups

1 x 5 @ 60

1 x 5 @ 100

working sets

3 x 8 @ 125

1 x 5 @ 135

2 x 2 @ 145

1 x 1 @ 155

Bench HD

Warm ups

1 x 10 @ 60

1 x 5 @ 80

1 x 3 @ 100

Working sets

1 x 1 @ 125

3 x 5 @ 110
