SFS gear should turn up tomorrow 8) and my deadlift suit is here now cheers Tonka so no excuses I should have a size smaller squat suit next week some time so game on building up to Bbro 2011

That's some awesome volume on deads bro. Good work.

:oops: shouldn't been as hard as it was.... its the deadlifts to the knees with a pause then complete lift that takes a bit off energy :lol: last sets took some effort maybe lost off bodyweight has had something to do with it anyway done and dusted brother 8)

Yeah I think you might be right I will clean up the diet a little bit more work on getting a bit more muscle then hit the 93kg class at Bbro 2011 and see what happens after that :clap:

Plus I want to challenge my old mate RM there will be no excuses from him pound for pound yeah buddy total vs total I'm sure he'll come up with something though....

Could put this out there for him - Coast comp Raw vs Raw what do you say RM? - before I hop into gear getting ready for Bbro fax me bro..... 8)
