Will Post vid's up along my way on test days week 5 and test days week 8 to keep things interesting.

Here is one of my bench just before xmas bodyweight 101kg

week 1 day 3

Bench

1 x 6 @ 80

1 x 5 @ 95

2 x 4 @ 110

2 x 3 @ 120

2 x 2 @ 125

2 x 1 @ 135

2 x 2 @ 125

2 x 3 @ 120

1 x 5 @ 100

1 x 7 @ 70

Squat

1 x 5 @ 115

2 x 4 @ 140

2 x 3 @ 160

5 x 3 @ 175 (belt)

Flat D/bell Flyes

5 x 10 @ 20

Standing Extensions

5 x 10 @ 45

haha, if you like me you can have both i had nachos for breakfast lol.

Would love to get into a shirt someday just not in a comp as i supplement

, does it take a while to get your lines right going from raw into equipped?

lol good times , with the shirt some have problems with the change over but the shirt is a little big for me so not much carry over from raw to shirt so its easy to learn in than a tight fitting one like they are meant to be, i never had a problem with the shirt but did with my squat suit.

Hey Brother

No worries mate Training with RM tonight so will take some footage tonight belt and maybe loose wraps its only @ 80% off 1 RM which is 185kg some footage of RM will also appear :pfft: :pfft:

Good to check form anyway should be a challenge at 94kg :lol:

Thanks bro yeah sorry mate gave it a little attempt I do like the look but not the diet :) so back to pies and pizzas and trying to get stronger

haha all i can say iis im glad u couldnt get the cam......although you dont see a 175, 5sec pause squat drivin out everyday :pfft:

Sorry H, Red had my house keys on him and I couldn't pick the cam on the way though :cry: but wish i did :pfft: :pfft:

Train with RM first session on squats to be fair he didn't do to bad, he trains hard just needs to slow down a little bit more when sitting up but in saying that 100% better than last time we train :clap: :clap:

5 x 2 @ 185 (belt and loose wraps)
