what are shoulder bombs?

I put a video up on my journal. Was going them wrong though. Basically, your hands are supinated and your arms are parallel to the ground with a slight bend in them. You lift the dumbbells over your head in an arching motion and twist your pinkies towards the the ceiling as you contract the muscle with the dumbbells over your head and then return your arms back to parallel and repeat the motion.

Roelly Winklaar does them. Good pump exercise.
