pissed off with OUTBACK belts for letting my down.

Yip Outbak Belts suck!!

I'm getting myself an Inzer Forever before my next comp...I'm thinking there is going to be a mass order through after Saturdays events. Think D is talking to Outbak today about the belt failure...again :evil:

Glad you've recovered ok...jeez dude..ya freakd me out mate with your little half time nap :shifty:

3rd 135 and it was a grind, I need to do some serious work on my benching, it has taken a back seat while I tried to better my squatting. :roll:

Awesome effort though! Stink to hear about the belt... A 600 total at U93 is nothing to scoff at, awesome work! :clap: :clap:

Thanks VP, always good to get some encouraging words from somebody who has been involved with PL before.

I promise to you, that next comp, I will give you less of a hellish ride. I will make sure my squats are better and that my belt does not break. :pfft:

Thanks for the advice today and I will see you in the shed, come over and point me in the right direction at any time, I am always happy to take advice.

Must say I am very lucky to have a guy like Red at the gym, I am sure that with out his help, there is no way I would have got any of those numbers. :clap: :clap:

Thank goodness just a small tweak in the back and nothing major. NO MORE OUTBACK!!!! :evil: :evil:

Right time to fire this baby up again!!!

Back into the gym today after a 6 day break, hopefully my arm will be a little better after the short break.

Got my 8 week Fasi programe starting tomorrow so things should be in full swing by the end of the week. \:D/

Ok, new start, let Fasi begin....... :nod:

Bench

1 x 5 x 67kg

1 x 4 x 81kg

1 x 3 x 94kg

5 x 3 x 108kg

Sweet easy as, good conditioning week this week.

Squat.

Trying my new wider stance and grip with a lower bar position, it feels good.

1 x 3 x 102kg

1 x 3 x 123kg

3 x 5 x 143kg

So much more comfortable like this.

Bench.

1 x 3 x 74kg to 2 board

1 x 3 x 87kg to 2 board

4 x 3 x 101kg to 2 board

Felt easy enough.

Close grip bench.

3 x 5 x 100kg

That was it, my first night of Fasi, loved it, cant wait for more!!! \:D/
