Hey guys, just recently bought some jack3d after all the hype about i've seen off the net.

I must say, it's nothing like I thought it would be.

I've used it maybe five or six times and it gave me a "decent" workout, but nothing like the workouts in reviews i've been seeing on the net.

I've used three scoops the last couple times using it.

I think the NZ version of Jack3d may actually be different to the version in the US (where most of the reviews seem to come from) because i'm pretty sure one of the main ingredients "1,3 dy(whateveritscalled) is banned in NZ.

Anyone else get "average" sort of workouts on Jack3d compared to other pre-workout supps?

And in your guys opinion, what is your fav pre-workout supp? I've tried a few, just want some feedback.

About a year ago I was using this almost every training session. I found it worked absolute wonders for me. I put this down to never really having much caffeine in my diet so when I did, I got a massive boost. The main thing I found was that it gave me immense mental focus. I felt like I was so focused and concentrated on what I was doing that nothing could phase me. And yes correct, that ingredient I know is banned in the NZPF.

I have tried Gasparis SuperPump - only once. Found the pump it gave was good (not that I was training for a pump at all) but felt it really lacked the focus that jacked gave me.

But at the end of the day everyone is different and we all respond differently to stimuli.

1,3 Dymeth is banned but only in use for sports. Its been banned basicly almost all over the world, not just NZ. Unfortunately its not just jacked but almost 90%(just an estimate) of all pre workout supps and fatloss supps. The ban was introduced by WADA.

it could be the way your body reacts to stimulants, everybody responds differently i guess

i still havn't tried pre-workout supps yet, im thinking of buying jack3d soon though, but ppl tend to over exaggerate things.

Well i had to use like 4 scoops to get any effect. Its not worth the hype.
