do anyone know any places where they find good quality protein + average price ratio ?

i need to stock up again, i've got these in mind atm;

i'll take the casein protein once a day (before bed).

and i'll be taking the ON 100% whey twice a day (when i wake up, and post-workout).

The casein will last me 54 days while the ON whey will last me 38 days.

the internet is a good place because its cheaper and also you have more variety and also you dont need to leave your room

The best places do both online and retail, saves you a lot of time searching if you ring them up or go visit. You still get the online rates, but with the personal service.

I learnt the hard lesson a few years back trying to book a holiday online and saving money, took me four hours to get what I thought was the best deal. One phone call to a good Travel Agent and I had a better deal in a better place. GUTTED - Yes.

......and no I don't own a shop.
