Your biggest training milestone?

Recommended Posts

Lol it's funny eh, I was on top of the world when I first did it. There is something about those 2 plates.

was huge for me considering when i first started lifting at 15 i could bench the bar with a 5kg on each side lol

yeah bro I was in the same boat when I was in the 4th form benching 15kgs (the ones from howick rec centre) and all my mates would BS and say they did 40 (almost all couldn't but they were bs artists) good times

Sorry mine has nothing to do with weights at all. My biggest milestone so far has been to be able to do four things push ups, crunches, body weight dips and be able to run (which I managed to do for the first time today.

I have only started to push myself hard over the last month or so, and these are big mile stones for me. When I started I could not do a single crunch, dip, or push up, and running was the most evil thing in the world. Now Im woking on bodyweight pull ups, along with putting on more muscle.

Feckin clean 160 NZMM!

For me, it was probably the first time I hit a 250 dead as it was such a surprise to nail a big jump of a PB like that.

I would say the 2plate bench too, but honestly, I remember my 60kg one better from when I was 13 or so! :pfft: Used to show off to my mates with it in the school gym

Mine would be a 175kg deadlift after 1 week off breaking my PR by 15kg about 2 months ago. I have never felt that way before & haven't felt that way since. Before that, bragging rights of 100kg warmup for squats.

From 104kg to 79kg then getting to 95kg

Benching the end of the rack dumbells (50kg's) in my school uniform in a room of adults who barely use that end of the rack.

Leg pressing 400kg in my school uniform.

Calf raising 250kg for first calf workout, again in school uniform.

The ultimate milestone, being crowned the king of muscle Whangaparaoa college undisputed champion. In the top list of gym feins of North shore colleges.

Boom

your spotter looks more psyched than you lol.

Solid natural bench.

Is that crazy russian dude still around. Your spotter I mean. I knew him a million years ago. I wonder if he still hits himself in between sets.

A decent contender for Gymrat's title has emerged

By the way, you can't claim those lifts are Raw if you were wearing a school uniform in all of them. School socks would add atleast 40kg to your calf press...

Getting sucked off and giving it back to a male school mate, both of us, in school uniform

This is not so much a milestone but more an accomplishment. At age 17 (i think) i did my first strongman with no experience or training. placing 3rd out of 10 competitors. 5 of those where at the time actively competing strongmen athletes in South Africa and a few were just powerlifters. They couldn't believe what they were seeing, and truth be told neither could i but was ultimately the best sporting day of my life i ever had.

I could put on my old uniform and do some big lifts. Don't fit anymore though...

GR from watching you videos I doubt that any of your numbers are anywere near true. :^o

For the amount of time and weight you claim you lift you would be in much better shape.

Not being a prick dude but you sould really invest some money on some PT sessions at least they would show you correct form and that ROM is more than 2inches.

If you dont believe me compare you videos to any bodybuilding training video on youtube. They are doing it correctly you are not.
