Nice, mine are the following top priorities:

#1 Get to single digit bf

#2 get 90kg cut/100kg cut like cake lol.

#3 Get competing muay thai again

milestones bro not goals lol

i was also amazed and so happy when i could bench press 100kg (not a big achievement but was the one iv most buzzed over in my training, every things else iv expected to get and didnt take much work/sacrifice to be honest)... theres something about a 100kg bench press in school and when you first start out

joining the thousand pound club when i enterd a powerlifting comp as a junior back in the day felt so cool when i got the tshirt saying that i made it.

entering my first bodybuilding comp the most mind screwing experience but felt so good when it finally came. i hear use on the 100 kg bench too took me like 3 years to get to where i could do some decent reps

Lol it's funny eh, I was on top of the world when I first did it. There is something about those 2 plates.

was huge for me considering when i first started lifting at 15 i could bench the bar with a 5kg on each side lol

Yep benching the magic 100 was a big one although I was much more stoked when I first singled 3 plates. I was only a wee tiny 78 kilos and 17 years old. Now almost 40k heavier and 20 years older I still struggle with that mofo of a weight sometimes!!

Gonna jump on the band wagon and say the 100kg bench was probably the biggest, especially because I'd failed it twice before I got it :pfft: 180kg deadlift has been my biggest milestone though so far, was so happy to get that.

Magic number, that 100 bench, eh! I was dead happy to grind out one.... surprised as hell to get a second!

Was also rapt the first time I squatted, and deadlifted, 4pps... the trouble with that one, the next big step's 5pps...

Would be happy with a BW bench, 2BW squat and dead by year's end...

My biggest milestone so far was stepping on stage for my first comp and winning my division. All those years of training led to that one moment. All my big lifts and subsequent competitions since then haven't felt as good as that one moment.

More of a relative milestone for me ... just tonight I managed to do the same weight and reps as my training partner during our leg session. Oh, and we did 100kg squats which is about double what I started on. Stoked.

I didn't realise til I got home, but being the newbie of the team this is pretty huge for me.
