4 Month Progress

67-82 is great progress. The photos you posted show sweet f*ck all though. You look maybe a kilo or two heavier in the 2nd photo. Take proper full body shots, front/back/side, relaxed and posing with the same lighting each time. When you do that you can see exactly where you are storing fat, putting on muscle - what your gains realistically are.

I am not criticizing your effort, you have put on a good amount of weight but there are so many people that do exactly what you have done. Take one good before shot and put it side-by-side with an upper body pic, in different lighting, with their hair done and some Zoolander pose.

even if half of it was fat that would still be impressive gains in that timeframe so well done. what sort of gains have you made strength wise?

I just had a strength sesh today and managed to get out 40kg dumbbells for chest 6reps * 6 sets

shoulders im doing 22kg dumbbell shoulder press for 12 reps

Good stuff mate, looks like you've put a bit on your chest - wish I could do that with mine.

Cheers man is it just me or does anybody else find chest the harder place to put on mass?

The chest is a muscle of maturity. So the older you are the more developed it is. Of course the more you train it will become even more developed. But it can also be a genetics thing. Some muscles don't grow as fast as others. Just smash it and you have no problems :D
