call me a conspiricey theorist if ya want but..........I've always suspected "we" got Bin Laden years ago (hence why there was no video footage shown of him for the past 8 years or so, only audio orders "to kill all americans" etc now and then) . I think he was killed and even the retarded cowboy (George W Bush) knew it was unwise to release that fact, as it would make Bin Laden a very powerful martyr to the anti-western cause. letting a few fake OBL orders to "kill americans' go was small fries compared to the propergander power of a dead OBL martyr.

still waiting to see anything come out of this report that proves my theory wrong?

just my 2 cents.

It makes me a little sad how the world is celebrating the death ov a person so gleefully. Two wrongs make a right though aye? Certainly sends the message that the western world is civilised and the muslims aren't when the yanks go in all guns blazing. Seems to me that life has become pretty cheap. Assuming it even was Osama that was killed, we will never even know if he was responsible for what the American media has fed us or just another pawn. Don't be so hasty to celebrate the loss ov life and spend some time on the fence, IMO.

All this blind American christian patriotism disgusts me. "USA! USA! USA!" - piss off.

I hear ya.

They say its not a holy war but the American Govt gets the main support from the bible belt. The Muslims certainly see the US as a christian state and I can see why.

The quran doesnt say to fly planes into building just like the bible doesnt say to slaughter muslims like was done in the crusades or burn women at the stake like was done to "witches"

All the main monotheistic religions are are texts of peace (for the most part old testiment blah blah blah) but have been used for all kinds of horrendous evil through mans interpretaion.

And lets be honest are the yanks sure hes responsible? Like they were sure of the WMD??

Im not convinced

I've said it before, I'll say it again...crop dusters loaded with a mixture of Jim Beam & pig fat...start spraying at one end of the middle east and work your way to the other...

 Nice judgemental view of millions of people based on a minority of extremists.

Lol fucking wake up. Do you watch the news by any chance? Just google the Muslim religion... Look up nothingtoxic.com and see how they treat each other.

Your a woman right? Do you know how woman are treated over there? I'd like to see how you would feel about the musilim religion if you lived in Iran for 6months...

Yes, I've watched the news, and I've lived in the middle east for 2 years, so I'm familiar with Islam and I'm aware of how some women are treated in some but not all countries.

But having lived there I'm also not stupid enough to make the kinds of blanket judgements that are being made. I said it before and I'll say it again (and then I'll leave the rest of you rednecks to it as you clearly have formed your opinions and won't change) - the Islam you are familar with is extremist. That's not the real Islam lived by millions, including my friend who I just spend the weekend with.

Other poster, I've also lived in the UK and am married to an Englishman, and we went back there recently. Again, vocal extremists.

I don't know if you always struggled with this word or your degree is to blame but "ov" is in fact spelt of.

I agree with your sentiment.

I don't know what it is like in England, but I do somewhat agree regarding the Middle Eastern countries. I have spent time in Saudi Arabia and Syria as well as the USA, and of the people I had standard day to day dealings with, the "everyday American" tends to be far more of a worry than your "everyday Arab". In the Middle East, apart from anyone that was a part of some form of security, police or military (all of whom were on major power trips), most people tended to be pleasant and friendly and welcoming. In the US, most people I dealt with tended to be permanently on edge, short tempered and untrusting. In saying that, there were some very lovely Americans that I met, but they certainly were not the majority. In both cases I am not saying that this is the way it is in all areas - as one side of Saudi seems worlds apart from the other side, and people from one state can be complete opposites of their neighbouring state - but I have had the experience to know that they can't all be grouped together as crazy suicidal non-Islam hating extremists.

We're not all the same TWL dude, she's actually right from what I've seen (granted I only lived for a few years in the middle east and north africa) but the media likes to make Arabs (by the way there are Christian and Jewish Arabs) seem like the spawns of satan, mind you some Arab channels make the western world look like a bunch of brutes too, my advise is to not judge a book by it's cover. But that's not always the case, as I found out the other day that the trainers at our gym have labled Ramy as "the little terrorist guy"

I hope you don't take this as me being offended by you, because I am not, I just felt like correcting your view.

I have to agree with you CC, I have lived both in UK and the middle east for many years and I get really sick of the western worlds judgments on the middle east and especially middle eastern women.

You really need to have lived there to understand how it is.

The media love negative stories and just fill the TV and newspapers with crap and so the western world get a bias view point from mis-information and not understanding how muslims live and their culture.

There are always extremists in every culture. How would you like to be painted with the same brush as George Bush? Oh ALL westerners are just like George Bush. When we are obviously not.

Yes there are alot of people from all over the world in the UK especially London it is a multi-cultural city that is what makes it so interesting. I lived next door to the guys who tried to blow up an airplane at Heathrow airport in 2006 they made the bombs while I was living next door to them. I did not not this at the time but when they were arrested it was on the news and in the papers. I don't look at London with distaste or think the UK should only have English people in it. I find the narrow minded. There are nutters everywhere in every walk of life.

on the funny side.... I didn't know Ray Sefo was American...his reaction to Bin Laden being dead (from sherdog.com)

"“I was like every American -- very happy and relieved that someone like that has been got rid of from this world. Anyone that kills innocent people does not deserve to live in my book. I wanna thank the men and women that serve our country all over the world. Best wishes and God bless!” -- Ray Sefo, Strikeforce heavyweight "

Did Bin Laden actually ever exist? Who are Al Qaeda? Who are the Terrorists in this World? The answers we see in our Media is distorted & often untrue. The Power-base that rules this Planet are not Politicians or Terrorists. They reside at a much deeper level of existance. These are the Ones who should be made accountable & their Day of Reckoning is Due.

took them about 10 years , thousands of soilders lives, how many billions of dollars but hey they got the bastard may he rot in hell!

Actually; America gained billions of dollars from it. That's why they did it. The Bin Laden family was actually family friends with the Bush family. Can anyone ACTUALLY give me solid proof that Bin Laden actually did it? The centre of the twin towers were solid and there's no way even a plane could do that and some of the wreckage remains of the plane wasn't even found. Which means the plane was a set up and had something on it causing the metal of the plane and the towers to melt. Then there was a "confession" by Osama that he was behind 9/11 although that was proved false and was an actor dressed as him. So George dubbleya Bush did it because there's so much profit from war. Now that he's been found and is dead, the war has stopped. But only because people were actually convinced Osama was the reason for the war and without reason for war, there is no war.
