Losing body fat

Hey everyone. It's nice to be apart of NZ Bodybuilding.co.nz. I am currently playing reserve grade league but I eat a ton of junk food! As a result I have gained alot of belly fat. This is my plan to lose the belly fat.

Monday morning 40min Run/ Afternoon 30 min jog

Tues League training

Wednes morning 40min Run/ Afternoon 30 min jog

Thurs League training

Friday Rest

League training has interval sessions.

As well as this I will be eating more healthy.

E.g Porridge for breakfast, Eggs and tuna for lunch and mince patties or tuna for dinner.

instead of the 40min run/30min jog, do them both at the same time, look up HIIT. jog at a moderate pace for 2 mins then sprint for 30 secs/1 min, repeat this for 20 - 30 mins and youll burn more than doing them seperatly, and it keeps your metabolism up for hours afterwards. and cut the carbs after 6.
