Okie dokie, so as the title says, its been 9 weeks since ive been actively training again and have made good gains to from where i was but nowhere near my PB's. Anyway here is my programme in a nutshell minus one or two excercises.

Bench press 140 x 6, 2 working sets.( this is low due to surgey and im still building to get it stronger)

Squat 180 x 6, 2 sets

Deadlift 180 x 6, 2 sets

Military press 100 x 6, 3 sets

Bicep curls 35kg/arm x 6, 2 sets

Bent over row 160 x 6, 3 sets

Incline press 120 x 6, 3 sets

I will next week hopefully list my whole programme with all my sets and reps and weights. But for now the above was listed as it is the main lifts for me at the moment.
