Hey man good article just got a couple of questions, your one workout session seems to have 50+ sets and reps of 10-40 each set is that correct? And you do that for 5 days!

If ok with you could you please share what you eat before gym to power such a long workout? All good if you don't take any pre workout, just asking if you missed it in the interview.

Dude, 50+ sets. He SHOULD be tanked after about 20 sets.
