Bit creaky yesterday and today, felt reeeallly tired doing bench and nearly talked myself out of GMs and flyes but I just insisted with myself I have to do them. Signed up to Bbro and CDs and NZPF today :grin: YAY!

I'm :pray: the pin pressing will carry over into the bench :pray:

I had to hunt for the big wheels as I have never taken any notice of where they are in that weight tree before :oops:

New 1RM numbers are plugged in and my old max has become my warm up weight for squat :shock:

Feeling really tired and my back is really creaky and sore, voltaren and deep heat tonight methinks. The Beast saw me struggling and came and helped me in my last 60kg sets and talked me through it was was fantastic just what I needed!

It's my students Fashion show tomorrow night at St James Theatre, I have been crazy flat out organising it and organising them, 2 more weeks and they will graduate woop!

Beast is awesome, he helps so much and I understand what he means I like to hang out and listen to him wax lyrical about the lifts!

60kg felt light on the deads for the first time, like realllly light :shock: I like that!

I worked for nearly 20 hours straight on wednesday/thursday to get the show organised and done, it went well without any hitches, everybody did an awesome job I got a bouquet of flowers that are bigger than me (seriously)

I'm not sure what to do with them as I own no vases, so they are currently in a bucket :pfft:

I think so, I am just doing what I am told ATM training wise I assume there will be a deload/holiday! Pretty tired in general but that is to be expected! Can't wait for the weekend of Powerlifting at the house, it's gonna be epic! All finished up with a BBQ what more could a girl want? Oh and cakes! :grin:

Yes it will be epic with some big lifts. There should be a good turn out of CD ladies..though Sharnelle from Whanganui won't be there...she's going to be lifting at the Commonwealth Champs in England a few weeks. How cool is that!! She's relatively new to lifting and just proves that anything is possible :nod:

Yup gotta have cake...it's tradition!
