Went in to drop off my NZPF registration papers thought I'd better do something while I was there...

The old "drop off the forms" excuse to workout, huh? ;)

If I don't see you before I take off on Monday, train hard over the next couple of months and look after MT - if you see him chatting too much, send him back to the squat rack :gunfire:

what pipe are you using Vee? I tried the BIIIG pipe the one that holds all the other pipes and managed to just get arse and shoulder touching then switched to the next one down and found that better for the arch.

I have been using the REALLY big pipe for stretching and trying to get a big arch but I have been benching using the one down from the GIANT one and it works well.

The plan is to graduate to the MASSIVE one and skim over the top of it :shock: :pray:

Went for a blood test this morning.

Blood test man: "So don't use this arm very much today, if you are driving close the door with your other arm and carry your handbag with the other arm and don't be swinging this arm around while you are walking."

Vee: "Ummmmmm suuuuuurrrrrreeeee :roll: I am going to go to the gym this morning."

Blood test man

"Well don't be doing any bicep curls hee hee hee hee"

Vee: "Ummmm no I won't be doing any of those" :pfft:

WTF? When did this all happen? It's just a freakin blood test it's not like you are going to fall out of the teeny tiny hole! :shock: Is this more PC stuff? Did somebody get sued?

Really good day, I think I will make this a regular event. Took my time and set up for EVERY pull, so each one of the speed and rack pulls were singles, walked away and came back, set up and pulled.

I have managed to find the groove and are memorising where it is rather than just luck. I'm thinking about drawing it on my shoes- is that allowed? :-s

I videoed everything and played it back as I was going and managed to tweak bits as I was going.

There was even a sign- a laminated sign stating in BULLET POINTS things to avoid your arm doing! Crazy! Side note my arm has bruised immensely today :shifty:
