Yeh, all my guy friends have kindly offered to help measure and fit them :roll:

It's really awful, they come in and I measure them and they are determined to be the right size and get anxious if they are 1cm over saying they can loose weight before the next fittings it's really sad :cry: I'm like "You're fine I'll use you, you are perfect" and they are really finicky about themselves, tough business being a model.

Got new shiny knee sleeves on Thursday, I wore them around the house on Friday night- yes this is how interesting my Friday nights are! Used them for all my squats today. Knees were nice and warm, in fact it made Vee very warm in general :oops:

Vees knees like them very much :grin:

2.5 hour session today, it was sponsored by redbull x2 cans as well as my morning litre of coffee, am a little wired now :shock:

Foot and knee are alot betterer I have been caining the voltaren pills and deep heat this week, I didn't realise there were so many varieties of deep heat, there is a day time one and a night time one and there is a magic ice spray which fixes everything!

Tried my soft suit out today, it was sooooo much betterer for deads as more leg was exposed than my usual long shorts and got good drag up le leg. It would also be good for squattering as it would solve the squat-arse -crack scenerios :shock: :pfft:

This last week it's finally clicked to Pull bar into legs more, Drrraaagggg up the legs, Straighten knees at the top, let arms hang yet grip the bar with a death grip, need to keep practicing all this.

Day off tomorrow and had short day at work today \:D/ I had to leave early today before I slaughtered pesky whiny students, was glad to go lift stuff this arvo.

Put wrist wraps on for first bench for the last few sets, they make me use my triceps more which is good, I need to remember to use these more often.

Squats were fine, I have been playing around with set up-walk out. Doing a 3 step walk out instead of a two. It feels weird, for a 3 step you drag one foot out first then 2 step set up the squat width. It's supposed to be betterer for when you do really heavy weights as you clear the rack first with the drag foot then set your feet. I dunno I prefer the 2 step but I think it's just cause I am used to it.

Haven't done any chins/pullups in about a year? So back to the begining of using assistance :oops:

Tried using blast chains for press ups they are waaaayyyy cool first set were shaky as I could see myself face planting onto the concrete but I didn't so next sets I had more confidence.

George andersons :shock: geez I haven't done these in nearly 2 years crikey they work reaaaaallllllyyyyy well. Saw stars when I stood up :shock:

Heya Big guy! :wave: thanks for stopping by! Yep I got some Rehband knee sleeves the other week, my knees love them, it's like they are having a warm spa while you squat :pfft:

I have dodgy knees and these keep them nice and warm :grin:

Vee was indeed knocking out the squats in the approved fashion, with loads of assistance from Samuel, the Beast and others.... had to split after squats but I think there's big numbers in her future :nod:

Then I thought if I stick my wraps on I'll get 80 for sure, got down and back up then stalled in the last little bit. Spotters reckon they were barely touching the bar and I got it up but it was wonky messy.

So I tried again. Got down and up then tipped forward the bar started rolling up my neck thanks spotters for getting it off me!

Conclusion of the squat: STICK WITH KNEE SLEEVES! damnit! I will wear knee sleeves for Bbro I reckon I can get the 80 in them.

I need more practice in wrap they just threw me wibbly and too forward. I will re-evaluate the wraps after Bbro.

Ate food, this is where I went wrong last skills, I didn't eat before deads. So I ate and set up the deads, still moving about so I didn't loose momentum.

The new scrrrraaaappppping it up my legs works well, legs hate it, knees detest it but it makes it sooooo much easier.

Last time I did a messy grinding 105 which I didn't count so it was good to get past the hundy as it's a bit of a mental thing.

So 105 went up fine so thought I'd try 110 it went up alright too, buggered a bit by this point!

Good session, disappointed with 80 squat, but it's there and I can get it at Bbro \:D/

Learnt alot, there's a hell of alot of knowledge in the house, thanks to all who helped you made it a awesome session for Vee!
