Deads felt good tonight, betterer leverage in a long time. I think it's down to staying tight in my core. I do tend to loosen up once it's past my knees and it makes the last bit of the lift really hard. Tonight I managed to keep tight and the weights flew up yay!

Got asked for my autograph by MT but he ran away before I could sign it :pfft:

First time with pipes the first two sizes were fine, the third size hurt and my back was cramping so I figured that was the one to use :shock:

Managed to get more of an arch than normal, it has crossed my mind to get a boob job to make the ROM even shorter :pfft:

Practiced wrapping my knees on last sets of squats, I need all the practice I can get! I'm gonna make myself practice at home everyday too.

Anywho it's defintely getting better as the week goes on so that is good.

Good to hear the foot is gettn betterer :grin: I think most people on Sheiko feel a bit like they're falling apart at some point of the programme. Hang in there.

I have never felt like this before! I think it's a mixture of stuff though, work is petty heinous ATM too, students are doing their end of year range and I'm organising there collections and organising a fashion show in St James theatre for them, I have knee deep in models the past week. Crikey they are thin :shock: some have even offered to loose more weight before the show :shock:
