Then left the house, came home, opened my journal and realised I didn't do GMs and Dips :doh: Grrrrrr I'm a little dozy atm, over dosing on Vit C and trying to get betterer.

I am off to Sporkland with work till Tuesday night, flying this afternoon, I will leave my germs up there :pfft:

It's supposed to be stormy so should either be interesting flight or no flight? Some of the others I work with have changed their flight to leave this morning as they too scared of storm. I am secretly hoping the plane won't go so I can stay home :grin: So no trainering till Wednesdee unless storm is a goodie :pray:

Aaaa back again! I got stranded in Auckland this week :shock: So no trainering since Sunday :cry:

I am not going anywhere again till early December now so no more interruptions in important training!

I did some good training at Tonys steak house, twice. Ate Steak and Yams and Green beans cooked in bacon fat =P~ it was the best meal I have ever had everer!

Yep I did it in the lead up to the novice comp in June, according to my journal although I have no memory of the day 2 week 1 in which you re test your max :shock:

Le plan is to do this then a 7? weeker sheiko cycle to the BBro- exciting!! :dancing:

Squats went really well, felt good, kept upping the weight. Got some tips from Mr squat himself -Zane thanks! Thanks to everybody that spotted me!

Bench, felt OK, pleased I finally nailed the 45 as it nailed me in the comp! TNG for the 47.5 is promising! Thanks CA for the spotting on that too!

Deads, quite knackered by now, I brought snacks with me and should have stopped and eaten :doh: Got 100 up with some weird side stepping :-s , got 102.5 and 105 up just nothing left to lock out. Still good result all round and more than I imagined :nod:

Thanks CA for the encouraging words on this too!

Hey awesome work Vee....squattage coming up nicely there :clap: and it's always good to beat the number that becomes the bench nemesis aye :nod: keep training and the deads will take care of themselves. Yip it helps if you eat something :naughty: I always grab a handful of lollies before the deads.

Congrats Vee considering you've been sick and away etc you've done really well. Pat on the back. You're gonna smash it at Bbro :clap:
