What's the reasoning behind doing them twice at diff points of your workout? Or does the program you're doing call for that?

Breakfast+1 litre of coffee+1 red bull= one wide awake Vee! Felt strong this morning!

1 litre of coffee and a red bull! That must've had you bouncing off the walls :grin:

Agreed - been so quiet this week! Kinda nice for a temporary change, but you do miss the squat racks being full around you :cry:

I'm sure it'll be back to normal service next week or so!

Good session, managed to get the pin press back up to 50 then went onto 52.5 yay!

I have been eating alot.

It has been helping recovery and I feel stronger in training- funnily enough!

I guess I will see where this new found eat-a-thon takes me :-s

I videoed a couple of squats to see what's going on, I think they are looking a bit betterer, I am managing to get a little bit of speed on them now, they were verrrrrrrryyyy s.l.o.w. I'll post the vid when I get round to editing it today.

Pushups, I'm managing to do more everytime which I am pleased about!

In and out super quick again this evening, less than 1.5 hours, a quick flick through looking at the last time I did this, it took more than 2 hours :shock:

Yep sounds like my students, making fabulous things, they have been in the news alot recently, one was on Good Morning TV the other week. The Observer rang yesterday wanting to talk to one of them -it's a little surreal!
