I have been playing around with bench grip width this week. My grip has been right out to the line and I know I can bench more with a closer grip so I have moved it in a bit, in between the line and the no knurling.

It feels a bit more stable, not sure if this is a good thing to do or not, but thought I'd test it out anyhow :shrug:

I'm adding more supplementary stuff on in between days in as there hasn't been much recently and I need to do some more on triceps and back as well as more stretching which I have abandoned somewhere! :evil:
