It's been a while since I've posted, would have liked to have kept constant updates but have just had too much on. Anyways, thought I'd post the results of my second cycle. After poor PCT on my first cycle I managed to lose all of my gains so I thought I'd try it again, this time with a little more preparation.

For my second cycle I decided on the following 10 week cycle ...

500 week of sust

400 week deca

.25 adex day

10 mg nolva every second day from 4th week

PCT:

5000iu HCG shot starting in last week of cycle, another shot 6 days after and another 6 days after.

3 weeks after my last shot sust and deca I started with 50mg/day clomid and 20mg Nolva for 3 weeks then 20mg nolva for the 4th week

Side Effects ...

Pimples on chest and shoulders, didn't mind too much because we're just coming out of winter. I was just happy to be filling my shirts.

The results ...

I had started again from around 68kgs and got up to 80kgs at the peak of my cycle. After PCT I seem to have levelled out at 78kgs. My pumps aren't as massive as when I was on and I suspect the weight I lost was water weight. I've managed to keep most of my strength gains but lost some indurance. Have dropped my workout to only 3-4 days a week and kept my protein intake high topping it up with 4 shakes a day. I've also been taking creatine and l-glutemine to take me through to my next cycle.

Anyways, this cycle seems to have worked for me, just thought I'd post it up for anyone who is in the same position I was looking for a second cycle and hoping to keep their hard earned gains.

It is good to hear more planning has led to better keepable results, I think a lot of people rush into thier first cycle and most I have spoken to would have done it differently in hindsight certainly as far as preparation and planning go.

Thanks for that update, where did you go wrong in your pct on the first time ?

When I say poor PCT I mean it was non existent. At the time my son was born so I didn't sleep much or eat or gym. Pretty much lived on coffee which suppressed my appetite even more so it's not surprising I lost it all so quickly. It was a good lesson though not to let things slide when the cycle is over.

I've got a few vids but not many pics this time. Will upload what I have this weekend.
