Nap question

Ok im in bed by 10:30 wake up around 7:40 and start hitt cardio. After i shower then have breakfast, by then im flat out tired and want to sleep so my question is; will having a nap after cardio affect the benefits of burning calories through out the day and am i tired becuase im doing hiit fasted?

same problem, i feel real tired after my morning sessions, like i just want to go back to sleep, but i only did a slow 5k jog this morning followed by some core work

i take BCAA before my cardio to help prevent muscle loss

i only just started doing these morning cardio sessions though, maybe my body isn't use to waking up early + cardio sessions.
