I think it's unlikely to be Josef. This new member seems more interested in reaching his 5-post threshold so he can PM people. I think this is just one of those topics that just won't die.

Besides, Josef has repeatedly denied "using" anything, so it doesn't make much sense to sign up as "i_use".
