Check out the size I have, same thing it's as common as muck with loads of people including bodybuilders, probably inbreeding or sumthing LOL, scuse the fun pic but it's the best I have to show the depth of it.

Doesn't hold chest muscle work back one bit and although I dont do bench press for chest size it's not because of this.

2003

my 2c worth on pectus excivatium experience

The only thing I do differently to everyone else is I more often than not go below parallel for my chest presses, and really over extend the stretching back for flyes and it just grows like a mother f*cker. And for ages until I was pushing >50kg dumbbells I would bring pressees together at the top and squeeze. Can remember when I was doing 20kg presses at the start and at the top crossing-over to get the squeeze but with >25kg that gets unsafe.

My chest can overpower the rest of me symmetry-wise from the front if I don't keep it in check with other muscle sizes so I do the stricter "just down to parallel" dumbbell presses to avoid growth and just maintain. It's that easy to grow with a freaky hole dude

Never a truer word spoken in jest!

just joking man (He's bigger than me  )

Huge improvements fella doing bloody well.

Now that your photos are back up, here's the tips.

Front double bi: Is pretty good, get those elbows a little higher and crank those wrist down (unlike my photo over there). Also pull your thumb into your fist and roll your hands back so they aren't rotated forward.

Rear Double: Firstly I would advise against

twl, i couldnt even notice that chest problem your talking about(seriously). you should try arching more. this is the only critique i would give. you look cramped in the arms but this will fix itself when you open out your chest.

let me explain. when you arch your lowerback(lumbar) your upperback(thoracic) will retract your blades(scapula) allowing you to show how big your lats really are. im almost positive this will also give you a more natural comfortable pose.

Arcing to far back will make your back fade out. You have solid delts and arms so run the risk of shrinking your back by arching to far back. A slight arch like you have already is spot on. Try rotating your arms back to the same angle as your back (Judges are sitting lower than you) this should give an overall better effect.

All that aside I would suggest you go see somebody who really knows their shit and they will sort you out nice and quick. That way you are practicing the correct technique from word go and not letting armchair critics like us put you astray.

weener lad, what is the difference between keeping your thumb inside your fist rather than out? i never quite understood this?

you should contact the person who taught Loochi how to pose

doesnt thumb inside make your arms look bigger?

Makes them look more compact, so yeah.

weener-you brought up a good point i didnt realize. the slight increase in his arch would only work for personal photos. i find it really gives you that crater effect inbetween your pecs and lats but i never took into consideration that the judges are looking up at you.

sas and rov - really? ive never noticed this? i just figured as long as im curling and squeezing my biceps, while theyre fully supinated, then its going to look as good as it can?

[it just seems weird to put your thumb into your fist, almost like putting your dick inbetween your legs LOL...]

The boys nailed it. Tighter smaller fist with thumb in giving a streamlined look and making the wrist of the arm look slightly bigger.

You have lost me here fella :-s

WANABJAKD have you competed?

Thanks for the tips WL! what muscle groups do you think need proportionately more development?

A bit hard to tell from the photos fella, generally looks like your keeping it all in proportion. That in it's self is a huge achievement.

+1. But if I had to say anything, it would probably be the arms. Don't get me wrong, they look good, but those are probably the ones. AAAAAND, according to your own statements; legs. Haha

Yeah arms def lagging they are so hard to grow, anyone recommend some good shock tactics or good protocol for stubborn arms? ESP triceps :?

synthol brah haha im in the same boat az you bro stubborn arms I have noticed less training has worked better instead of arms twice a week just once with the basics heavy compound to start then finish with and isolation to really pump them up

also making sure im pushing more weight every week is a sign that the muscles are responding

synthol??

nah till researching on how to do it properly my understanding is done properly the gains are really good I understand the fascia stretching so can see how it will work but not to keen on multiple daily injections lol

known a couple guys who have used it and the gains were crazy but they didnt stay forever because of the frequent injections they couldnt keep them up for the months needed to grow the solid muscle

wbu??
