The biggest changes were prob from 60 to 78kg but it sucks I don't have any decent pics of when I was 60 but I'm going to dig around and see if I can find them as it's really good for a laugh.

First, good soild progress man!

2nd, how long were u training b4 the first pics? 78kg or whatever?

definatly get some 60 kilo pics up in here!

its impossible for me to get fat, i try and eat 5000+ cal a day min and alot of the time 2500cal worth of maccas before bed and other carry on that would land most people a solid shelf in a few months lol. just seems to evaporate.

same body type as me (ecto) so this is awesome to see!theres hope for me yet haha.

im a bit taller (6 ft 4) but this is still pretty motivational and hats off to ya man! goooood shit

That's a shitload of calories, TWL, even for an ecto. I'm presuming that's your on-cycle caloric intake, and you'd dial it back a bit off cycle?

Anyway, awesome progress. Definitely need to add the latest 96kg pic to the lineup though. :nod:

not for me its not, pretty much every meal i eat till i gag and thats still not enough, i don't change my cal intake really, it seems no matter how much i eat it is never translated into fat so i just keep eating and try to stay in the positive, battling my weak appetite is the hardest thing.

When i was 60-70kg i was prob eating the same as what i do now plus a shake in the middle of the night lol

mean progress mate, biggest improvement is in your back as it was small compared to chest a few years ago. youv come a long way since i first met you keep it up.

Hey bro thanks alot,

I have always wanted the elusive bat wings and always put alot of focus on training back so all the years of fucked forearms and sore joints are starting to pay off lol.

Biggest focus for this year are bring my legs up to speed with my upper half, and growing my triceps and reach a dry 100kg @ 10% by new years. as soon as i can do that i am going to look into giving insulin a shot to break past the ton. when i hit 100kg i'm having a party lol
