Tehhaxorr
Post your favorit here with pics and vids to make it interesting.I have to go with Levrone, the guy was awesome, had a great physique, no GH gut like todays pros and during the end of his professional career he was absolutely huge. If Yates had retired a year later i think he would have won the 97' O.He is my goal bodytype.http://www.ironvideos.net/view_trailer.php?id=

Tehhaxorr
no GH gut like todays proshow would u know?and y is gh any worse for u than other gear?A "GH Gut" is an expression for a massive ronnie coleman gut, caused mainly due to HGH. I never said GH was any worse, maybe read propperly next time?

Wynton
Levrone did have a slight gut toward the end of his career, not as bad as others but it was there.I don't think GH is solely responsible for the gut though. It's probably a combination of every thing that they do. Distention can be contributed to by a huge food intake, abdominal wall mass, increase in visceral fat. When someone like Ronnie reaches 290lbs everything will grow regardless of GH or not. It;s not possible of his size to have a 28 inch waist.Aids patients are often given GH for muscle wasting and can take doses higher than what bodybuilders take and they don't display signs of distentions. Acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS) - associated cachexia orAIDS-associated weight loss —For patients weighing more than 55 kg: Subcutaneous, 6 mg a day at bedtime. For patients weighing 45 to 55 kg: Subcutaneous, 5 mg a day at bedtime. For patients weighing 35 to 44 kg: Subcutaneous, 4 mg a day at bedtime. For patients weighing up to 35 kg: Subcutaneous, 0.1 mg per kg of body weight a day at bedtime. Just to help calculate how many IUs that all comes to somatropin 0.3mg is equal to 0.9 IU. (this means its 0.333mg per IU).USP DI® Drug Info. for the Health Care Pro. - 26th Ed. (2006)bodybuilders typically use between 5-7 iu a day.

Oros
Because I'm from an older generation, and really don't find MASS FREAKZ too appealing, I'll have to go with (in no particular order), Dillet, Kovacs, Nasser, Yates, Francois & possibly Prince (no, not that little girlie boy, purple-rain-when-doves-cry-little-red-corvette-wears-high-heals-prince!!) BlueCollarLifter
i dont knw much about posing..but what was the point of this? :shifty: http://www.legendaryfitness.com/zane.jpgp.s Franco Columbu is the man!
Wynton
It's a vacuum pose. Alot of the 70's and 80's bodybuilders did them. I think they probably did it to make the waist look smaller although I could be wrong. There are a few pics around of Arnold doing similar vacuum poses. Varven
what about FLEX ??? he was good !
BlueCollarLifter
Well, it can be a never ending argument to choose just ONE.After watching a lot of Ronnie dvd's and reading up on the guy, I sarted to admire him more and more as a person. -Although its true, the guy who gets the most exposure is likely to get more fans. Old skool or new, they all have/had something good about them, for their time. Flex was very underrated and maybe didn't receive the credit he deserved..along with a long list of others. If there was a first equal it would be Dorian..followed by Shawn.(hey, post a pic of flex)
Flex
Couple of favourites - Arnie, Francis Benfatto, and a pic of Flex Wheller in his good days before he tried to keep up with Coleman
