Oh wow thanks so much everybody for your kind words!!!

Nate I had a good laugh at your post :grin:

I jumped on the scales this morning for the first time also in 8 months and whoa i've put on 5kg! 5kg is alot to a chick! Well to me it is anyway! It's been a loooooooooooong time since i've been 57kg although in saying that i'm better for it now me thinks :nod:

Scales suck balls! :nod:

Good on ya for not being a slave to them... too many people are!

At the end of the day (particularly in BBing) the scales are completely irrelevant, its what you look like that counts. 57kg might be high for you historically, but as you say your waist is down & you look heaps better. 60kg+ will be a fact of life for you in future & you'll look even better!

Thanks Nate and you're right and I hate scales anyway! I feel pretty good although I think my abs could do with some work! Might focus on tryin to see them a lil better...
