about to start my bulk, thought id throw up the plan and see what feedback i could get, used this a few times last year and got about 6 kilos out of it over 4 months, but trying to get it down to perfection this year.

training is 2 days on 1 off/6 weeks on then a 1 week maintenace or rest week.

about 3000-3500 calories, fairly clean, coming from chicken, tuna, turkey, steak and eggs, kumara and rice for carbs

SUPPS

wasnt using a mass gainer last year, just on whey, but seeing my mates results from a couple of bags of mass freak, i couldnt not try it.

maybe some glutamine

dont like to go to heavy on the supps as i prefer real food, but the gainer is just for convineice to get those extra calories in when i cant get meals in.

also got good gains and strength from the size on max so thought id give it another go, but they are just supplements so 90% of the gains are gunna come from my food.

any feedback appreciated
