But your boulder shoulders and lats make it look small from what I've seen.. Lol SoundsGood and his dad were in shock when they saw it lol (no homo!) I'll try find a pic of how smal it was lol :shifty:

Here's how small it was at Nationals (God can't believe I competed with that condition :pfft:)

That's 1day if you remember him on the forums, was helping with tan. - To give you an idea I wasn't spreading the wings or sucking my stomach in lol! so it's lil .. But then again I'm lil too hahahaha

Wheels: Thanks mate! Huge compliment comign from you :D - Well, I am definitely doing the Waikato show since it's my home.. I'd say I'm 20-24 weeks out? Hopefully I'll be diced. will keep you updated for sure though!! Can see striations in the glutes and lower back..

PD: Ah yeah.. Fair enough, we will compete against one another another day then mate. :)

Devil_911: Thanks mate. I'll be glad to answer your questions.

Squat - 140kg ass to ground for only 2 reps (At this body weight and no difference in strength when i was 10kg heavier) - then I do high reps of 100kg...

Deadlift - If I can do 5, I move up. At the moment I do 160 lol.

Barbell rows -80kgs for 5 I think. I gotta check my form for this one actually.

As for the abs, I work them out once a week just like any other muscle.. I don't believe when people start working them out every day just because they're trying to lean down.. I don't even understand the logic in that. I do 2 lower ab exercises, 1 upper and 1 oblique.. takes like 15-20mins tops

*Hanging leg raises

*Dip machine leg raises

*Decline crunches

*Dumbell side crunches

Oh and no, no belt is used.. no equipment. I used ages ago until people startin sayin its for 'pussies' :lol: so I havnt since 09. Only thing I do on back day is use straps so I can feel the back and not biceps / forearms :) (cept deads i dont use straps)

JJ83: lmao. Love the concept that if someone weighs on the lower end of the scale = microscopic and if they weigh at the higher end = ronnie coleman :pfft: :D

One thing is for sure guys, I ain't gonna let my self go in the off season again... Infact will try stay at this body fat. 10%ish. I'm 10.5% appearntly, was 15% in my other pic

Looking good already man, although if I'm being honest those 2 shots are not the best I've seen of you lately, don't show off how truly tiny your waist is and how wide your Lats are. Those Shots in front of the TV you put on facebook a little while ago were mad!

Never seen someone make 70kg look so big!

I think you're gonna peak too early at this rate man. I think you should consider doing a mid year show too.

Any way keep up the great work!

PS my dad still asks me about your waist, "has Ali eaten anything lately?" lololol

SG: Lol :D Say hi to him bro. - I dno about peaking too early ... =/ I have a different plan..... I know what I am doing right now isn't the usual but I have faith it will work. We will see .. : ) I think going into a mid year show i won't be conditioned enought o my liking , compared to other competitors in the contest? I think I would be. but I wanna be real shredded. We will see. Will take your suggestion an put it into thought though.

TH: Thanks man, pics are not decieving, striations on lower back and some on the glutes.. Not many on the glutes, lots of fat to lose on the glutes, some to lose in the inner quads, some to lose n the lower back / love handle area.. I think it can be that much : ) .. If I look totally awesome under 70 then I will stay there ; D - But definitely have fat on me mate. Just coz front looks alright doesnt meant i dont have any or much :D
