what is your best work out

i find it hard to fully pump it up, i push hard and it hurts like hell the next day but i would really like to see results

I think you need to be move specific than that, what do you do now what are your goals. There is no one magic exercise that will make you look like Arnold.

thanks Jimjim,

Take a day or two off and eat loads of carbs, not sugary ones but rice and kumara and pasta.

Before gym buy a carb drink for the workout, coke, mountain dew, whatever... and do volume sets of all major chest exercises: flat bench barbell press, incline dumbbell press, pec dec, cable crossovers or flyes.

Volume meaning high rep medium weight so like 30rep bench press is a good start. If u can't reach 30 don't stop ffs, rest-pause and keep going until u reach that magic number 30.

If all that basic stuff doesn't give u a pump I give up, too hard to explain in writing easier to show in the real world (not an offer btw)

Good luck if u try that...don't forget the rest before and the carb up

Oh and the bigger u make a muscle the bigger the pump in my experience, so if u have a flat'sh chest it might take a bit more work to build it up to get awesum pumps. Just a guess I don't know wat u look like. It took me a few years to get Hammy pumps for instance, until I grew them

honestly, i feel bench gives me the overall strength..incline gives me a nice thick shelf at the top..but really the flys are truely what give you thickness...i always had a shit bench due to shoulder posture(which ive recently gotten under control and moving up well in weight); however, i still developed a thick chest and i would attribute it to primarily dips and fly variations.

now that i can create a bigger overload through the bench, i can use more weight on those exercises which corresponds to more size...i never really felt the bench blew up my chest, maybe its because ive never done high volume for it?

Owned lol.

Perhaps replace bar bench with dumbbells, and perform the bench a bit like doing flys (arms just outside or your elbows/shoulders). Get a load you can handle, and you can get full ROM from. You can get that stretch and some major pec involvement at the lower end of that movement with a ton more load than what you could with flys.
