Wow... TinyTin dun look so tiny in them pics :D

You look incredibly lean! Do you compete?

Cheers man ... I haven't done any comps yet. Would like to but it probably won't be in the near future with my baby due this week.

Looking good there, do you have some recent before pics ? 8kg is a very good increase especialy being so lean.

Unfortunatelt not, my training partner and I intended to get some before and after pics done but didn't get down to it.

Nice delts man. Got any pics of the quads?

Where abouts are you based?

These are the only pics I've got at the moment. was hoping to take some proper pics this weekend if I can get hold of a camera.

I'm based in Auckland.

This was my first cycle. I took just 1 ml of sust 250 every Monday for 10 weeks, nothing else, sust is all I could get my hands. I've never been a good eater so I focussed most of my efforts on my diet and training hard. I didn't want to gt into the frame of mind that sust will do the work for me. As a first cycle I'm happy with the results but I'll be doing alot more research and planning for my second.

Any advice (example programmes) for my next cycle would be greatly appreciated, I'm doubting that the same routine will give me the same results next time round.

I agree with Marcus - delts and chest are obviously your strong points. I don't think your read double bicep pose is showing your lats to best advantage... rather than squeezing the shoulder blades back and in, try to spread them apart as far as possible and pull the shoulders down. This will flex your lats, and accentuate your V-taper.

I also agree with lazyone - you should change your name! Here's a list of words starting with T that mean big;...

thumping, titanic, tremendous, tumid, turgid

Take your pick. Not sure I'd recommend "turgid" though - the mental picture that one conjures up is not so good!

also would be interesting to se some more pics in another 10 weeks (b4 u start another cycle) to see how much of yr gains youve kept.

u said u werent a big eater, and youve put on 8kg of muscle or ther abouts. yr gonna need to stick to some sort of eating plan and train hard if u want to keep yr gains.

look forward to seeing more of yr results.

any side effects?

i know everyone reacts different. just wanting to know if u experienced ne?

The doses I took were quite small even for a first cycle. I didn't experience any side effects except for pimples on my shoulders and chest.

I agree with you here and will post more pics in another 10 weeks. I'm hoping it's not a case of easy come easy go. There will definately be some loss, the amount dependent on my eating and training but at the end of those 10 weeks I'm hoping I can focus more on my gains than my loss. I'm sure there's some water retention included in that 8kgs too.

It doesnt look like there is much in the way of water retention, I would imagine that as long as your diet is right you should be able to keep most of the gains.

Where do you feel most of your gains were achived what muscle or groups

I noticed a thickening all over but most noticeable areas was chest (for strength), delts (I injected here) and quads, I focussed alot on deep squats, apparently intense quad exercises stimulate the production of HGH?

I think that is pretty much the same as sust. so you should be starting pct about now, 21 days after last inj. There is a pct thread somewhere on the site somewhere, i will see if i can link to it. Better late than never though.

Just read your article on simon, another excellent article on this site. he has great shoulders and overall a very impressive physique. and i noticed that he uses a lot of supplements in his preparation and for his next competition id recommend he add nolvadex to his supplement stack. best of luck simon.
