I've been really apprehensive about posting pics here, Cos ya all so ruthless HAHA!! put here goes, a bit about me. About june last year i was pretty stoked with where i was at with my training but then for 1 reason or another, i stopped everything training, diet etc.... after sorting my shit out i began the long journey of cutting the mass amount of fat that i had gained, so about mid Jan i started my big cut. I was 112.3 Kg when i started and now 9 weeks on i have got down to 101.3 so i'm really happy with where i am heading. still got a ways to go, the fat loss is slowing now for sure.

cheers for the comments guys.

Good stuff aid, my TP is about your starting weight, can't even get him to get to where you are, he "like food too much" haha

my tp is the opposite about 70kg and just won't take his diet seriously, just a protein shake after the gym, maybe one in the morning if he can be bothered !

Awesome transformation dude, wouldn't take the 1st guy seriously but now u look like u mean business keep it up

You look bigger now, and u suit the insane clown posse looking avatar lol

Been down with the clown for a long time bro! lol

anyone wona take a guess at my BF.

be careful you dont drop too fast. 11kgs in under 8 weeks is a bit hasty, even on gear(that is if your actually cycling right now). its also unnecessary unless your planning to compete...i would try recompose your body rather than transform.

not a bad loss of fat.

11 kgs in 8 weeks isnt hasty at all. What do you know about fat loss WANABJKD your a rake. Stop give advice about gear you have no idea what your on about.

Keep up the fat loss big boy

11kg in 8 weeks is fine at his current bodyfat. Shut up and go sit in the corner. No1 wants to hear your advice after your epic fail :pfft:

Keep up the good work aidangro, keep posting pics in the future to show us your continued progress.

No need to be apprehensive. We're only ruthless if you act like an upity cu*t who thinks hes better than everyone else despite what the mirror would say :pfft:

Top effort fella keep up the good work. Don't stress about the weight loss (8 in 11) as long as your energy levels are still up and your food is good it's sweet. If you lost that sort of weight when you were already down at a low BF% then it would be cause for concern

i don't track my cals aye, my diet tends to be and it will vary from day to day

meal 1

cup of oats

cup of berry's

50g protein isolate

banana

trim milk to suit

meal 2

180g can of chicken + a smaller can

about 35g of almonds

meal 3

Tuna salad with brown rise

meal 4

40g+ protein isolate

avocado or almonds

prework out shake

BBCA post work out

then if its the right time i have dinner 20-30 mins later or if its to early then i have a shake.

dinner will normally be a large serving of chicken or lean beef with heaps of broccoli and carrots

and i tend not to eat after 7.30pm but some times have a shake before bed if i have had a really good work out that day. its not what i call a hard out diet but seems to work, i try to eat more the day after legs, and can been seen snacking on shredded chicken at various points in the day lol, as i said it does vary a bit
